Lieutenant Steven
L. Rogers is a 30-year veteran of the Nutley Police Department (New Jersey) and a 21-year veteran of the United States Navy
Reserve, serving his country during the Vietnam War, the Gulf War, and the War on Global Terrorism. He is a former member
of the FBI National Joint Terrorism Task Force, and presently serves as a police lieutenant on the Nutley Police Department.
