According to the book description of How to Pass the Oral Interview,
"Law enforcement oral interview panels routinely fail up to 75 % of the
candidates they interview. A law enforcement interview is unlike any interview
in the private sector. It takes specific knowledge to answer the practical
scenarios and mitigate the difficult situations the sergeant will ask. This book
instructs the student step-by-step on the formula to excel; it also contains
dozens of actual questions asked on previous law enforcement interviews."
