Captain Robert Girrier, USN has served
at sea on cruiser-destroyer units. He commanded USS Guardian (MCM-5) and USS Roosevelt (DDG-80).
Robert Girrier is the co-author of Watch Officer's Guide: A Handbook for All Deck Watch Officers (Fifteenth
Edition) and Division Officer's Guide (Eleventh Edition).
