According to the book description of A Little < TMI,
“This book is about the changes in lifestyle that I encountered as I advanced through life. As I matured, I grew in
both mind and body. My interests changed as new opportunities opened up for me to consider. Sometimes, the change was required
to overcome some major crisis like the loss of a loved one or learning about a serious medical condition that would adversely
affect my future. How a person deals with this change is important to each of us individually, but we must also consider the
impact that the change will have on others around us. Realizing and fully understanding the need for change and making a decision
to implement the changes that are needed is sometimes a difficult decision for us to make. How we change as we continue down
life's path is very important, and we must make the decision with an open mind, a positive attitude, and the best information
available.”
