Lieutenant Commander John G.
Hemry, USN (ret.) graduated in 1978 from the United States Naval Academy. During his naval career, his
assignments included the USS Spruance (DD963), Navy Anti-terrorism Alert Center, Amphibious Squadron Five, Navy Operational
Intelligence Center and a staff position with the Chief of Naval Operations. John G. Hemry is the author of: Stark's War; Stark’s Command; and, Stark's
