R.M.A. Spears is a "retired Marine, having served 27 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Navy. Assigned to 7th Marines, he was an integral part of the operational planning and execution of the Opening Gambit, the invasion of Iraq in 2003 and completed a follow-up tour the following year. Spears holds several medals for his service. Currently, he resides in Missouri where he is the founder and real estate developer for Spears Investment Group LLC."  R.M.A. Spears is the author of Armor of Glass: A Novel.
