After
his graduation from West Point, Brace E. Barber started his career guiding combat organizations as an Army Officer. He led
various combat ready units around the world with distinction before leaving the service to pursue civilian entrepreneurial
endeavors. Highlights of his military career include US Army Airborne and Ranger Schools, the leadership of a heavy armor
unit just south of the DMZ in South Korea, and command of a specialized training organization in Colorado. Brace also graduated
with honors from advanced military training and Russian Language School. From the military, he took the organizational and leadership skills that were
essential for survival in the challenging Army environment and combined them with an exceptional drive for success. Brace
first reached a national audience through the publishing of his book, Ranger School, No Excuse Leadership, Patrol Leader Press,
2000. The book is now available in hardcover as No Excuse Leadership, Lessons from the Army’s Elite Rangers;
