Lieutenant Commander LaDelle F. Blevins, USN (ret.) is a “retired U.S. Navy officer and former public high school teacher. He has written a number of articles for local and national newspapers. An Idaho native, he is a graduate of Idaho State College.”  He is the author of Graystalker.
