Jenny La Sala is well versed in helping soldier’s cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Her father (WWII) and brother (Vietnam) each experienced anxiety, rage and suicidal thoughts upon their return from active duty. Jenny played an essential role in helping them cope with impulsive behavior and negative thoughts. Due to her efforts, both were eventually able to re-adjust to a civilian lifestyle.

Her new book, Comes a Soldier’s Whisper, along with her active social media accounts take readers through the trials and tribulations of growing up in a military household and even offer tips for other military families experiencing similar struggles.
