Lieutenant Colonel R. Max Bowser, USAF (ret.) “worked on weekly Ohio newspapers,
first in Coldwater and then in Eaton. On the "Eaton-Press-Review", he was the editor and a "string" correspondent
for the Associated Press, the "Dayton Journal-Herald" and the "Cincinnati Times-Star". Later he was employed
on newspapers in California: Monrovia, Arcadia and in the San Fernando Valley. His newspaper career was interrupted, however,
by military service. During a tour in the Air Force, he went from headquarter clerk to an intelligence officer. He served
a total of 24 years and retired in April 1970 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
His first step in a new career
was to go to college to broaden his business background. In the spring of 1973, he graduated magna cum laude from Thomas Nelson
Community College in Hampton, Virginia with two associate degrees--one in accounting and one in business administration. Lieutenant
Colonel R. Max Bowser is the author of Guaranteed Profits With Small Stocks: The Only Stock Market Investment

in his mid-90's and expects to live beyond the 100 year mark. This book presents his ideas about how he has lived this
long without health problems, without prescriptions, and without aches and pains. The publisher, who is slightly over half
his age, has health problems and takes prescriptions and is constantly asking Max his secrets. Finally, Max, who did not want
anyone to know how old he really was, agreed to sharing his secrets of living a long life.”

Making Dollars With Pennies: How The Small Investor Can Beat The Wizards On Wall Street, “In
this timely book, Mr. Bowser shares the magic of leverage that comes with studying, buying and selling stocks for $3 or less
for three decades. All his wisdom and accumulated experiences are digested in this book. Also, he discusses in detail his
unique Game Plan and his 12 Point Rating System. The book outlines the historical basis for the author's theories, which
have resulted in startling gains. This is a road map that guides one to success in what are admittedly speculative investments.”

According to the book description of Penny Stock Winners,
“Welcome to the arena of penny stocks. These are stocks that sell for $5 or less a share. This book is a collection
of interviews of fifteen successful individuals who have entered into the exciting world of microcap investing. They come
from different walks of life. They share a love for small companies with great futures. These investors have one thing in
common: a successful investment system named Bowser's Game Plan. The Game Plan helps with the selection of companies to
consider, when to buy their stock and when to sell for maximum profits. These investment techniques are explained in simple-to-understand
steps.
Also, eight financial advisors and
professionals tell their views regarding the positive reasons for investing in microcap stocks. One of the most noted professionals
is Lou Dobbs, who appears daily on Moneyline on CNN Business News. Max Bowser includes a chapter on how
to prevent being victimized by brokers that sell and later manipulate a company's stocks. A list of brokers that have
been accused of operating these scams is included.
